IIM Bangalore Placement: 595 Students Securing Jobs Across 176 Companies

IIM Bangalore has successfully wrapped up the placement process for the PGP and PGPBA programs for the 2023-25 batch. All 595 students secured positions across 176 companies, showing strong demand for graduates from the business school. Management Consulting led the way with 41% of the total job offers. Other top sectors included Technology, Product Management, and Investment Banking, offering roles in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, and analytics from a variety of industries such as FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

This placement season also saw significant participation from both established and new recruiters, with 30% of firms being first-time participants. The Lateral Placement Process, designed for candidates with over 18 months of work experience, resulted in over 100 offers, making it the highest among top B-schools in India.
